All charges are processed through our corporation, King Roach Enterprises, Inc. (hereafter will be referred to as "Anime Depot"), and your credit card will be billed by them.  Hence, the charge on your credit card statement will show as King Roach Enterprises, Inc. instead of Anime Depot.

Credit card orders are not billed until products are shipped from our warehouse.  Orders paid by money order will be shipped, if product is currently available or as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse upon receipt of the money order. 

Safe Shopping

The cart-server we use will automatically strip off your credit card numbers when a copy of your order is sent to you and us via e-mail.  For your protection, always include billing address if it is different from your shipping address.  We recommend that you ship to the billing address for added protection.  All charges are processed through our corporation, King Roach Enterprises, Inc., and your credit card will be billed by them.

Damages

We buy direct from the manufacturers.  If there is any manufacturing-related problem (i.e., wrong episode), we will work with you on getting a replacement disc.  The products leaving our warehouse is guaranteed to be new, unused. Unfortunately, from time to time, they get damaged in the mail.  If that happens, please follow our following return guidelines:

• Anime Depot will replace any defective merchandise which is returned to us within 7 days from the date of acceptance of delivery.
• Prior to returning the product, you must contact us by email at service@animedepot.com to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  No returns will be processed without a Return Authorization Number.
• A copy of the invoice must accompany the defective merchandise.  When returning defective merchandise, please label the outside of the package as "DEFECTIVE RETURN" and include the Return Authorization Number along with your contact information such as phone and email where you can be reached if we have any questions.
• We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed.  Your account will be credited the amount you paid for the products and a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to you.  We apologize that no shipping and handling cost can be credited and no cash refund for credit card sales.  Your credit is good toward any future purchase.  For accounting purposes, please use your credit within 12 months from the date it was issued by simply mention it under "shipping instruction" when placing your order or send your order in along with a copy of the credit memo.

Normal order processing with a credit card payment for domestic orders takes 24-72 hours if the product is in stock.  We do not bill your credit card until the products are shipped from our warehouse.  Should the product not be in stock, we will email you with the approximate date of shipping.  Money order payments ship the same day of receipt of payment.

Orders are processed on a first in first out basis.  Shipments are processed based on availability of the product in our warehouse and the availability of product from our distributors. Credit card orders are shipped from our distribution center depending on product availability (Product displayed on www.animedepot.com is not guaranteed to be in stock). Actual shipping time is dependent on shipping method you choose at check out.  We are not liable for the shipping time or the products once it leaves our warehouse.  Orders paid for with a money order or cashier check (NO PERSONAL CHECK PLEASE) are processed upon receipt of the money order. Please make it payable to KING ROACH ENTERPRISES.

Pre-Ordered Items

When ordering products which are not currently available along with products which are available, you have 2 options.

1. You can have your order held until all items are in stock at our warehouse. In this case you will only be billed a single shipping charge.

2. You can have the products which are in stock shipped to you now, and when the pre-ordered products arrive at our warehouse we will ship them to you. In this case you will be billed for shipping each time we send out an order.

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority mail for domestic and USPS Global Priority for international, where available.  Therefore, shipping is $5.60 for the 1st item and $.75 for each additional item.  These rates are for the 48 continental United States.  For Alaska, Hawaii & international orders, please email or call us for rates before submitting your payment.  Domestic USPS Priority mail averages 2-3 days of delivery depending on your location.

Box Sets

Unfortunately, our shopping cart does not recognize the number of discs per box.  If you are ordering a box set, your shipping and handling will be calculated based on actual weight of the collection when your order is processed.  Pre-box (empty box with 1 DVD) is counted as 1 disc (exemption with boxes such as Witch Hunter Robin Limited Edition Box where there are multiple items included in the box)

Example:  Dears box set consists of 4 DVDs. The shipping is $5.60 for the first disc and $.75 per disc for the other 3 for a total of $7.85.  For thinpak boxsets, shipping and handling will be according to weight rather than number of discs to produce a more accurate amount and savings for our customers.

International Orders

All orders which are to be shipped outside of the United States will be given their choice of shipping options**

The options are:
Global Express Guaranteed - normally 2-3 days
Global Express Mail - normally 3-5 days
Global Priority Mail - normally 4-6 days

Regular Parcel Shipment - normally 4-6 weeks.

Once an order is placed for international delivery, you will be contacted via email, with the cost associated with each option.  Please NO credit cards on orders outside of the Continental United States.  You will have 2 payment options:

1. You can pay via PayPal.  There is a 4% service charge added by PayPal.  To avoid any delay in receiving your products, please have the correct payment total including shipping and handling and PayPal fee. Because we carry adult titles on our site, we cannot have direct link to our PayPal account.  Therefore, if you prefer to pay via PayPal, please email us for total cost and PayPal information.
   

2. You can mail us a certified/bank/cahier check payable to KING ROACH ENTERPRISES.  Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order.

ATTENTION: If you are ordering Box Sets or are located outside the USA, please contact us for shipping & handling before submitting payment for your grand total.

Product Availability

Anime Depot orders products through various distribution channels.  We attempt to keep a large enough inventory to meet the demands of our clients.  Occasionally, we run short on products or are waiting for orders to be filled by our distributors.  Should the product be out of stock, you will be notified via email upon processing of your order.  You will be given an estimated time of delivery and given the option of keeping your order until it is filled or canceling.  Should you decide to wait for your product, you will be notified via email when the product arrives at our warehouse and the date the product will ship.
 

Liability

1) The information contained on this web site including but not limited to content, availability and suitability of product for people under the age of 18, and release or shipment dates for products not yet available, is based exclusively on information supplied to Anime Depot from its suppliers and distributors.  Anime Depot does not make warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy of this information and is not liable for claims and losses resulting from any inaccuracies contained therein.  Anime Depot shall not be held liable for content of the products ordered by a customer upon the customer's acceptance of the product shipped from Anime Depot.  All warranties, representations, conditions, indemnities or guaranties, whether expressed or implied, arising by prior written or oral authority by Anime Depot are expressly excluded and disclaimed.

2)  Anime Depot expressly reserves the right to cancel orders for any merchandise without responsibility thereof, in whole or in part for viable cause including but not limited to delays or cancellations, poor quality or receipt of damaged products from suppliers. Should Anime Depot cancel any orders, we shall notify the client within 72 hours of said cancellation via any means available, and refund payments made for said product.

3) Anime Depot shall not be held liable for the ordering of products which it has clearly labeled as ADULT by anyone under the age of 18.

Purchaser agrees to hold Anime Depot, its principals, agents, representatives, employees and assigns, harmless and indemnify Anime Depot against any and all claims, damages, and costs of whatever nature, including but not limited to actual attorneys fees, incurred as a result of any legal actions of whatever nature resulting from the sale of merchandise to customer, including ordering and  acceptance of products which Anime Depot has clearly labeled as adult.
